Dance Club – A Technicolour Discotheque

Future Disco bring a colourful start to 2022 with the return of the Dance Club to London.

Although we can dance and listen to music anywhere at anytime, the real magic is summoned when we all dance together to celebrate a collective cause and indulge in healthy hedonism. This is the soul of the Dance Club concept; a party that is centred around escaping everyday life and relishing in our shared love for the genre that started the club scene – disco. Future Disco parties have been held at the likes of Shangri-La, Space, in Ibiza to the tropical sands of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai and most recently we returned to the label’s home town of London for our 2021 Halloween Party at Number 90 in Hackney.

After half of 2021 was spent inside our homes and away from clubs, our sold out Halloween Dance Party gave us all a chance to let ourselves go beneath the disco ball with the company of top of their game DJs and an immersive atmosphere created by a custom light show by Parametrica. Laurence Guy headed the bill, coercing the whole dance floor with his glorious selection of tracks to groove together for a blissful two hours before leaving the decks to the Italo disco madman, Demi Riquísimo, to take us into the morning with a blend of retro dance tracks and heavy hitters.

This month we are returning to Number 90 with an eclectic set of DJ’s to brighten up the start of the year and dance away those post New Year blues with Dance Club – A Technicolour Discotheque. Heading up the bill and taking us into the early hours and beyond we have the Italian dance music legend, Musumeci, followed by Alan Dixon, Head of Love Attack Records and Resident DJ at Metropolis’ ‘Savage Disco’ club nights. Closing the night we have Future Disco label head Sean Brosnan and music maestro Dom Chung playing a back to back set. Rounding off the guests is rising talent and party-starter Lulah Francs, whose selections have no shortage of grooves and flair.

We will be re-transforming Number 90 on the 29th of January with disco decor and a dazzling technicolour light show for what is sure to be a night to remember.

Join us for the party to kickstart to 2022.
